PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept money orders and checks but they must be received prior to processing the order. Orders paid with a check may take 10 days for clearing. A $15.00 return check fee will be added for any returned checks. COD's are not accepted. You will be notified of any backorders or delays, with the option of canceling should waiting be an inconvenience.

RETURN POLICY
Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase, if unopened. There is a
25% restocking fee on all returns. We will replace defective products at no charge.

EXCESS WALLCOVERING AND BORDER
If you purchased too much wallcovering or border, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
However, there is a 25% restocking fee and a shipping charge on all overage returns. Return shipping charges
are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Returns are not allowed on Murals unless they are defective.
DELIVERY TIMES and SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES
The shipments normally take 5-7 business days. UPS is the primary carrier of orders. A
charge of $6.95 for shipping will be attached to orders. Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours
unless the order is backordered. You will be notified in this event. Orders that are shipping from out
of the US will be assessed a fee which you will be made aware of.
We ship to most International addresses. Orders must be paid for by credit card and may take up to 30 days.
Additional shipping charges will be quoted once the product and quantity are known. Taxes and duties are the
responsibility or the purchaser.
PACKAGING
The wallcovering industry packages wallcovering in 56 sq. feet double rolls (two single rolls).
This may be confusing because wallcovering is priced in single rolls. Most borders are packaged in 5 yard (15 feet) spools. Any variances in length are noted.
